Shipping & Returns

Cut-off time for next day shipping is 2:00 pm Eastern Standard time. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next available  business day.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 10 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center, or you may take your return to our retail store.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please contact us at 1-866-599-GEMS (4367) or at tagheuersales@cumberlanddiamond.com to recieve a Return Authorization #. No returns will be accepted without an RA #.
